SPICY THAI FISHCAKES
Week1
The dow:
400 g white fish fillets, i.e. cod, haddock
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 bulb lemongrass
1 tbs coriander
1 tbs Thai fish sauce
juice of 1 lime

I’m working through some recipes I want to be using during Route to Management, sorting the ingredients out by what I’ll be allowed to have each week.
